Sustainable development
Unified Accumulative Pension Fund JSC (hereinafter referred to as UAPF), as a socially responsible organization, recognizes the importance of its impact on the economy, ecology and society, ensures its sustainable development in the long term, maintaining a balance of interests of stakeholders.
Sustainable development of UAPF includes a set of principles and obligations that UAPF follows in its activities.
Principles in the field of sustainable development
UAPF is a socially responsible organization that, within the framework of its activities in the direction of sustainable development, is guided by the following principles:
- legality
- appropriate level of responsibility
- delineation of powers <
- accountability
- efficiency
- respect for the rights and interests of all stakeholders
- transparency and objectivity of information disclosure
- business ethics
- intolerance to corruption
- inadmissibility of conflicts of interest
- and other principles enshrined in the Corporate Governance Code and other internal documents of UAPF.
Sustainable Development Goals
Sustainable development in UAPF consists of three components: economic, environmental and social.
The economic component of UAPF sustainable development includes the following goals:
- reliable accounting of pension savings;
- ensuring the interests of the Sole Shareholder;
- improving the efficiency of processes;
- increasing investments in the creation and development of more advanced technologies;
- increasing labor productivity.
The environmental component of UAPF sustainable development includes the following goals:
1. optimal use of limited resources, the use of environmentally friendly, energy- and material-saving technologies;
2. automation of processes, reduction of paperwork, preferential use of electronic communication channels for meetings, conferences, training and other internal communications.
The social component of UAPF sustainable development includes the following goals:
- providing high-quality pension services available to each contributor (personalized approach in working with clients, inclusiveness);
- ensuring transparent competitive procedures and equal opportunities in hiring, fair remuneration and respect for workers' rights;
- ensuring occupational safety and maintaining workers' health;
- training and professional development of workers;
- implementing social programs for staff;
- ensuring the development of accessibility of the UAPF service to persons with disabilities.
