The main tasks of the regional branches of JSC ENPF:
- informational and explanatory work with individuals and legal entities on the funded pension system of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- reception and registration of applications for opening individual pension accounts to record mandatory professional pension contributions;
- conclusion of agreements with individuals and legal entities on pension provision at the expense of voluntary pension contributions;
- reception and registration of applications from the contributor (recipient) of the Fund for the appointment of pension payments, transfer of pension savings to an insurance organization in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- provision of information from the individual pension account of the contributor (recipient) of the Fund in the manner established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- work to eliminate accounts payable;
- consulting contributors (recipients) on pension planning issues;
- work with inactive accounts of contributors (recipients) through involvement in the funded pension system.
