The Open Doors Day has already become a traditional event for contributors and beneficiaries of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund. However, due to the coronavirus infection (Covid-19) pandemic, it is now impossible to hold a meeting with contributors in person in the branch offices of the Fund, and the UAPF staff once again held it in the virtual space.

Anyone could attend an online event using the online platform and join the Open Doors without leaving their home.

The theme of the event is Online Services of the UAPF. As you know, last 2020, humanity faced a new challenge - the pandemic of the Covid-19 coronavirus infection. A number of quarantine restrictions and a lockdown regime were adopted, in connection with which the need to receive services remotely, in an online format, has increased.

Thanks to the developed and well-established electronic technologies, the UAPF managed to cope with the task, and to bring the number of services provided in the virtual space to 92%, which allowed contributors to continue to receive necessary services despite the restrictions imposed. And for those who are just mastering the world of the Internet, the Open Doors Day was held. Our experts helped these people get a statement from their individual pension saving account, told them where to track current indicators on pension assets on the enpf.kz website or in a mobile application, helped change the details of contracts, calculated their future pension using a pension calculator.

The event was held throughout the country with a high attendance, each of the participants was satisfied with the electronic format of the Open Doors Day, and noted that the Fund's employees were able to provide information on the questions asked in an accessible form.
