The Main Goals of the Internal Audit Department:


1) an independent, objective assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, internal control and corporate governance systems in all aspects of the Fund's activities in order to facilitate continuous improvement of systems;
2) control over compliance with the internal rules and procedures of the Fund, implementation of recommendations of internal and external auditors, applied limited measures of influence and sanctions, as well as the requirements of the authorized body established in relation to the implementation of activities in the financial market;
3) provision of the Board of Directors of the Fund with timely, independent, objective and reliable information on the status of performance by the subdivisions and employees of the Fund of the assigned functions and tasks to ensure effective management of the Fund;
4) providing effective and efficient recommendations to improve the work of the Fund.

The Main Goals of the Security Department:


1) identification and prevention of risks that have a negative impact on the financial and economic interests of the Fund;
2) determination of a unified policy for ensuring the information security of the Fund, requirements for the information protection system of the Fund and document circulation in paper and electronic media;
3) control over ensuring the fault tolerance of the Fund's information systems;
4) ensuring the protection of information from unauthorized access in the information systems of the Fund;
5) organization of ensuring the protection of buildings, premises, equipment and other material assets of the Foundation;
6) implementation of fire prevention work in the Fund;
7) ensuring compliance with the requirements of fire safety, safety and labor protection, civil protection.

The Main Goals of the HR Department:


1) organization of a system of measures to provide the Fund with qualified labor resources (selection, selection, recruitment and adaptation of personnel), certification and assessment of the activities of the Fund's employees, creation of an effective system of remuneration and incentives for employees;
2) formation of an effective organizational structure of the Fund and staffing, organization and maintenance of personnel administration, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal regulatory documents of the Fund;
3) organization of personnel training, creation of a personnel reserve and succession planning, maintenance and development of corporate traditions and culture in the Fund.

The Main Goals of the PR Department:


1) reliable and prompt informing of the population through the mass media and digital channels (social networks, the Fund's website, third-party Internet resources, etc.) about the goals and objectives of UAPF JSC, development and implementation of measures to increase public awareness of the accumulative pension system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the activities of a single administrator and operator of all its financial and information flows through the active use of available communication channels;
2) participation in the development and implementation of measures to ensure the positive growth of the Fund's intangible assets - reputation and image;
3) development and implementation of measures in order to increase the level of financial and legal literacy of the population in the field of pension provision and, as a result, to strengthen public confidence in the system as a whole and the Fund, as its component.

The Main Goals of the Remote Consulting Department:


1) providing information and consulting support to the population on issues of the accumulative pension system through telephone lines;
2) advising and providing information to the population on the accumulative pension system in response to requests received by the Fund through the feedback of the corporate website, processing requests received through the online consultant (chatbot) of the corporate website, the Chat2Desk cloud service with using the WhatsApp messenger, e-mail, as well as other contact channels in accordance with the functions assigned to the Department;
3) coordination and support of processes for the development of new forms of service to the population through the telephone line and the Internet.

The Main Goals of the Regional Development Department:


1) coordination and support of the activities of regional divisions for serving consumers of the Fund's pension services in accordance with the list of segmentation of consumers of the Fund's pension services, ensuring the required level of information confidentiality in working with them;
2) improving the quality of the provision of the Fund's pension services by monitoring compliance by employees of regional divisions with the requirements of the Fund's internal regulatory documents;
3) methodological support of the operational activities of the regional network of the Fund;
4) development (updating), coordination and support of work on the implementation of a derivative strategy for the development of a regional network;
5) development of key performance indicators and plans for key performance indicators of branches, assessment of the performance of regional network units;
6) development of proposals, implementation and maintenance of a system of additional material and non-material incentives for employees of regional divisions based on an assessment of the effectiveness of their activities in the reporting period;
7) organization of rational territorial-spatial placement of regional divisions of the Fund throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (opening, closing, reorganization);
8) introduction of modern methods of information and technical services to consumers of the Fund's pension services to improve the performance indicators of the Fund's regional network.

1) coordination of activities for the development, approval and approval of the Corporate Development Strategy;

2) timely identification of risks and threats by identification, assessment, measurement, control and monitoring of risks generated in the Fund's practical activities;
3) improving the quality of assessing the maximum permissible values of risk indicators;
4) development of alternative risk control mechanisms by introducing and improving the control procedures of the internal control system;
5) ensuring that timely measures are taken to minimize and manage risks.

The Main Goals of the Accounting Department:


1) the formation of complete and reliable information about the economic processes and the results of the financial and economic activities of the Fund;
2) timely formation of financial, statistical and tax reporting and provision to internal and external users;
3) organization and maintenance of correct tax accounting and bookkeeping of the investment portfolio for the Fund's own assets;
4) making timely payments of wages and other types of payments to employees of the Fund.

The Main Goals of the Benefit Payment and Informing Department:


1) coordination of the Fund's activities on the conclusion and termination of agreements on pension provision, amendments to the details of contributors (beneficiaries), informing contributors (beneficiaries) about the state of their pension savings, organization of pension benefits and transfers of pension savings from the Fund;
2) ensuring the subsequent control of applications for the appointment of pension benefits and transfers of pension savings, amendments to the details of contributors (beneficiaries), operations to combine / separate pension savings of contributors (beneficiaries), taking into account the provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal regulatory documents of the Fund;
3) taking measures to bring the details of depositors (beneficiaries) in line with the Unified List of Individuals and (or) the State Database "Individuals" and to reduce the number of IPSAs without IIN;
4) organization and implementation of measures to inform contributors (beneficiaries) about the state of pension savings;
5) participation in the work of the Fund to promote electronic methods of informing contributors (beneficiaries) about the state of pension savings;
6) participation in the work of the Fund to improve the pension legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Main Goals of the Pension Assets Accounting and Reporting Department:


1) maintaining portfolio accounting of pension assets, correct and timely reflection of transactions on financial instruments;
2) keeping records and controlling the movement of funds in the investment and payment accounts of the Fund;
3) maintenance of personalized accounting of pension savings, correct and timely execution of settlement operations on individual pension accounts of contributors (beneficiaries) and accounts payable;
4) maintaining accounting records of pension assets and liabilities;
5) compilation and submission of reliable financial, regulatory, statistical and management reports on pension assets and liabilities in a timely manner.

The Main Goals of the Department of Planning and Budget Control:


1) organization and execution of a unified process of budget planning, analysis, control and regulation, in the context of types of expenses, structural divisions and branches, for the Fund as a whole;
2) financial and economic analysis of the Fund's activities in terms of the implementation of the Development Plan, Budget and Investment Plan;
3) development and implementation of systems of internal economic principles and norms for organizing the Fund's activities aimed at optimizing the use of financial resources, production resources, stimulating an increase in the efficiency of the Fund's structural divisions.

The Main Goals of the Procurement Department:


1) organizing and conducting timely and high-quality procedures for the procurement of goods, works and services in accordance with the procurement plan (hereinafter - PP), approved for the relevant financial year, ensuring compliance of procurement procedures with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal regulatory documents of the Fund;
2) ensuring publicity and transparency of the procurement process;
3) providing potential suppliers with equal opportunities to participate in procurement, except for the cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on procurement;
4) development, coordination and provision of approval of the consolidated PP for the corresponding financial year;
5) monitoring and control of the implementation of the PP;
6) establishment of relationships and implementation of interactions with legal entities and individuals on issues related to procurement.

1) provision of a set, analysis, control, reporting and preparation of the necessary documentation for the implementation of procedures for the procurement of goods, works, services;
2) providing the Fund with material and technical resources;
3) proper reception, storage and distribution of inventory items (stocks) between employees and departments of the Fund in accordance with the internal regulations of the Fund.

1) development of information technologies in accordance with the tasks, functions and powers of the Fund;
2) improvement of the information system that ensures high-quality and correct accounting of pension savings with timely adaptation to changing legislation;
3) organization, coordination and implementation of work to ensure the functioning and development of information systems, specialized software and IT infrastructure in the divisions of the central office and branches of the Fund;
4) IT asset management and implementation of measures to save money through the use of high-tech management systems;
5) development and implementation of projects to improve technological management.

The Main Goals of the Compliance and Quality Control Department:


1) ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and international best practice on compliance issues, with the effective implementation of the system of measures to prevent / combat corruption;
2) conducting an assessment of compliance risks;
3) control and monitoring of the quality of the pension services provided by the Fund;
4) improving the quality management system of the Fund (hereinafter referred to as the QMS) with the involvement of the structural divisions of the Fund and increasing their responsibility in the field of QMS with the direct participation of the Department (through internal audits);
5) optimization and improvement of the processes of the Fund together with the interested structural divisions of the Fund.

1) legal support of the Fund's activities in the field of administrative and economic activities;
2) protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Fund on issues of economic activity;
3) legal support of the Fund's pension activities;
4) protection of the rights and legal interests of the Fund in the implementation of pension activities;
5) legal support of the Fund's activities in the field of combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism;
6) protection of the Fund's interests in relations with issuers that defaulted in the pre-trial and (or) judicial procedure.

The Main Goals of the Documentation Support Department:


1) organization of work with documents in the Fund;
2) coordination and control of the work of the Fund's divisions in terms of documentary support of the Fund's activities;
3) organization and maintenance of the work of the departmental archive of the Fund;
4) methodological guidance and control over the formation and execution of cases in the office work of the structural divisions of the Fund;
5) provision of work on translation of documents from Russian into the state language and from the state into Russian language;
6) ensuring work on the examination of documents in the state language;
7) ensuring translation of documents from foreign and into foreign languages by third-party organizations on the basis of a service agreement;
8) participation in the implementation (testing, training), collection of proposals for improvements to the electronic document management system;
9) filling the software base for the electronic archive with data from a digitized array of electronic images of payment documents.
