In connection with the introduction of changes in a number of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as with the improvement of pension services provided by the UAPF, the corporate website of the UAPF is also being constantly updated, the list of online services presented on it is expanding, information support for contributors (beneficiaries) is being strengthened.
Today, more than 90% of all UAPF services are provided in electronic format. On the corporate website www.enpf.kz all information is presented in three languages (Kazakh, Russian, English).
In your personal account on the UAPF website, you can:
• check the state of your pension savings and generate an extract from your individual pension saving account;
• make changes and additions to the details;
• submit an application for the selection of an investment portfolio manager (IPM), including canceling this application;
• submit an application for the appointment of pension benefits;
• check the status of the application for benefits / transfers;
• obtain a certificate of the existence of an individual pension saving account;
• receive a “duplicate” of the pension agreement;
• change the method of informing to “through a personal account using an electronic digital signature or username and password”.
You can log in to your personal account using an electronic digital signature (EDS) or by entering your IIN and password.
For the convenience of contributors (beneficiaries) and to save their personal time, the website has expanded the range of types of applications for the appointment of pension benefits that can be submitted remotely. Now this service can also be used by the following categories of beneficiaries of pension benefits who have pension savings in the UAPF through voluntary pension contributions:
- persons who have reached the age of 50;
- persons with disabilities.
Before submitting an application, you must make sure that you have a valid EDS, identity document, bank account opened in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In order to submit an application, you need to log in to your personal account using an EDS on the UAPF website, in the "Services" section, select the service "Submitting an application for the appointment of pension benefits", then fill out and sign the relevant EDS documents. The status of the processing of the UAPF application can be easily tracked using the service "My applications for benefits / transfers" in the "Services" section of the personal account also on the corporate website of the UAPF.
In the "Services" section there are subsections:
- “Transfer of a part of pension savings into trust management by the IPM (investment portfolio manager)”, which provides information not only on the conditions for transferring part of the pension savings to IPM, but also the register of companies managing the investment portfolio and step-by-step instructions for transferring part of your pension savings to the UIP;
- "On the pension provision of workers of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union", where you can find out how from 01.01.2021 working people who are citizens of the EAEU countries can form, maintain and further exercise their pension rights.
The "Indicators" section - "Indicators on pension assets" was replenished with subsections "Transfer of pension savings to investment management to management companies", "Lump-sum pension benefits for improving housing conditions" (with a breakdown by authorized operators and regions), "Lump-sum pension benefits for improving housing conditions for purposes" and "Lump-sum pension benefits for medical treatment", where operational information is updated every business day.
Also in the "Indicators" section - "Investment activity" is placed data on the structures of investment portfolios managed by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and investment portfolio managers, as well as an overview of the investment activities of the NBRK and IPMs. This information is especially important for contributors (beneficiaries) who decide to transfer part of their savings to the IPMs.
In addition to all of the above, on the UAPF website in the "Electronic Services" section, you can still independently calculate your future pension payments using the Forecast Pension Calculator. It covers all components of a pension within the multi-tier pension system of Kazakhstan: state basic pension and old-age pension (or PAYG), as well as a pension formed from compulsory pension contributions, compulsory occupational pension contributions and voluntary pension contributions.
The calculation is carried out in three scenarios: pessimistic, realistic and optimistic, each takes into account the expected level of return, and all forecast results are presented in real value terms (minus inflation of the corresponding forecast period).
