In order to improve the provision of pension services on the UAPF website in the "Personal Account" section - "Legal Entity Account" https://jurcabinet.enpf.kz/auth new features have been added .

Recall that the target audience of users of the service is employers who are tax agents, whose duties include the transfer of employees pension contributions. The service allows employers to generate, edit and print payment orders for payment of all types of contributions to UAPF: compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions and voluntary pension contributions.

In the “Legal Entity Account” service, you can see a list of employees for whom it is necessary to send contributions to UAPF, with the ability to edit (delete and add employees). In addition, the service allows you to view all data on previously generated payment orders in the contribution history.

With the introduction of new functions, the service allows employers to solve the following tasks.

Now you can supplement your page with information on your company profile, for example, add an address of an organization, contact details (phone number) and e-mail address, apply to the E-otinish portal and get feedback, as well as see a report on an actions taken and the changes made for any period.

Also, users of the service now have the opportunity to go directly from the “Legal Entity Account” page via a direct link to information and reference databases (links to regulatory legal acts, memos and instructions, application forms), that is, there is no need to leave the Account page to search for the necessary information.

And the most important addition! Now the Legal Entity Account page can be used by individuals with the status of an individual entrepreneur if they have an EDS. Previously, access to the Account page of a legal entity was provided only to the first manager with the right to sign, or a person authorized to sign financial documents, if there is an electronic digital signature for legal entities issued by the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
