UAPF JSC constantly improves the availability of its services. One of the ways to communicate with our clients is cooperation with Kazpost JSC.
In 2022, the number of divisions of Kazpost JSC connected to the provision of the Fund's services was increased to 376. 27 divisions of the postal operator were added to the previously existing ones. This allows residents of remote settlements, if necessary, to make changes to their personal data, as well as to clarify and choose a more popular and convenient way to inform about the state of pension savings.
Thanks to the joint project of UAPF JSC and Kazpost JSC, from 2019 to 2022, more than 35 thousand services were provided to contributors (beneficiaries). In the divisions of the national postal operator, more than 11,000 contributors opted for the electronic method of informing, more than 23,000 updated their personal details. The greatest demand for UAPF services was observed in Kyzylorda, Mangistau, Zhambyl and East Kazakhstan regions.
Recall that in the subdivisions of Kazpost JSC, contributors (beneficiaries) of the Fund can:
• submit an application to change (add) the additional details of the contributor (beneficiary) (details of an identity card, telephone number, email and postal addresses);
• sign an agreement on changing (defining) the method of informing (change it to the methods “through a personal account using an electronic digital signature or user login and password” and “by e-mail”).

At the same time, we notify that most of the UAPF services can be obtained without leaving home, online through the Personal Account on the enpf.kz corporate website or the БЖЗҚ / ENPF mobile application.
