UAPF informs its contributors and beneficiaries about the increasing cases of fraudsters sending false information on social networks.

False intermediaries, posing as employees of the Fund, offer pensioners for a fee to receive 50% of pension savings for any purpose. This newsletter is fake and does not correspond to reality!

We remind you that the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for the use by pensioners of their pension savings formed at the expense of compulsory pension contributions (hereinafter referred to as CPC) and (or) compulsory occupational pension contributions (hereinafter referred to as COPC) in order to improve housing conditions and (or) pay for medical treatment in case of :

• if the amount of the pension ensures the replacement rate of the recipient's average monthly income at a level of at least 40 percent, determined in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the same time, the lump-sum pension benefit cannot exceed 50 percent of the amount of pension savings at the expense of the CPC and (or) COPC of the contributor (beneficiary) as of the date of receipt of the initial electronic notification from the authorized operator.

In this regard, the UAPF strongly recommends ignoring the messages disseminated in social networks and other sources about the possibility of withdrawing 50% of the savings for a certain fee, without taking into account the above conditions!
