Chose branch:
1) Please tell me how the retirement age will change in 2025?
In 2025, the retirement age will not change for either men or women. For men, the retirement age is 63 years, for women - 61.
Until 2028, the retirement age for women will remain at this level, and then, as part of the pension reform, it will gradually begin to rise:
from January 1, 2028 - upon reaching 61.5 years;
from January 1, 2029 - upon reaching 62 years;
from January 1, 2030 - upon reaching 62.5 years.
From 2031, the maximum retirement age for women will come into effect - 63 years.
In 2025, men born in 1962 and women born in 1964 will retire.
2) If a citizen of Kyrgyzstan or Russia works in Kazakhstan, will he receive a pension?
Citizens of other countries that are members of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) can receive a pension for the years worked in Kazakhstan. This is possible thanks to the Agreement on Pension Provision for Workers of the EAEU Member States, which was ratified by all participants in 2021. According to this document, it is allowed to receive pension benefits for the time worked in another country. That is, if a citizen of a country that is a member of the EAEU is employed in Kazakhstan, then after retirement he can apply for pension benefits at the expense of savings for the entire period of work in our republic. The same situation arises with citizens of Kazakhstan working in states that are members of the EAEU: they will receive a pension for the years of work in these countries on an equal basis with their citizens.
The main condition for receiving a pension for the time worked in another state is official employment. When applying for a pension, you can confirm your work experience in Kazakhstan after 1998 in the UAPF, and its availability before this date - in the Committee for Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
3) Please tell us about the special social payment for citizens who worked in hazardous industries.
A special social payment for citizens who have worked in hazardous industries for a long time was introduced at the beginning of 2024. It is paid from four sources: from the republican budget, from life insurance companies, from employers; as well as from compulsory occupational pension contributions (COPC) and compulsory pension contributions (CPC) from the UAPF. To be assigned, the employee must have paid COPC for at least 84 calendar months in total, and he must also quit or transfer to a "harmless" position. The benefit payment is assigned only after the employee reaches 55 years of age. If the employee meets all the requirements, then he is entitled to a full payment from all four sources.
If a Kazakhstani worked in such an industry in the past, then he can also apply for a special social payment. The conditions for receiving it are the same, but it will be carried out only from two sources: from the UAPF and the republican budget. To obtain it, you must contact the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (PSC).
4) Please tell me how I can check information about the inclusion of children in the National Fund for Children program?
Parents or other legal representatives of a minor can check information about the inclusion of a child in the list of participants in target requirements under the National Fund for Children program on the website kids.enpf.kz using the child's IIN, where they can read the terms of the program, get instructions, and answers to questions of interest.
Parents can also check data on accruals for each child in their personal account on the egov.kz portal.
Kazakhstanis who turn 18 in 2024 can independently check the receipt of funds to target savings accounts (TSA) through their personal account on the UAPF Internet resource and (or) the e-government web portal.
5) What should I do if my child has not been awarded target requirements or target savings under the National Fund for Children program?
If Kazakhstanis have discovered that their child has not been credited with funds under the National Fund for Children program, they should check whether they have a birth certificate or identity card, whether the child's personal data is correct, and whether they are available in their personal account on the Electronic Government portal. If the documents are missing, they should contact the Public Service Center at their place of residence. If the child's citizenship is missing, not established, or incorrectly indicated, they should contact the migration service at their place of residence. After correcting the errors, the target requirements or target savings from the National Fund and the investment income accrued on them will be fully accrued next year, taking into account the missed period.
