As of November 1, 2020, pension accumulations in the amount of KZT 12.6 trillion were formed on the accounts of the contributors of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund. Within the year from 01.11.2019 to 01.11.2020, the amount increased by more than two trillion tenge, or by 20%.

The main amount of pension savings was formed at the expense of compulsory pension contributions (CPC) and amounted to KZT 12.3 trillion (growth since the beginning of 2020 amounted to 17%). The amount of pension accumulations on compulsory occupational pension contributions (COPC) amounted to KZT 305.7 billion (an increase of 24%), the amount of pension accumulations on voluntary pension contributions (VPC) reached KZT 2.16 billion (an increase of 11%).

Note that since the beginning of 2020, as of November 1, more than KZT 1.1 trillion of net investment income has been credited to the accounts of the UAPF contributors, which is two times more compared to the same period last year.

The number of individual pension saving accounts in the UAPF as of November 1, 2020 compared to the same period in 2019 increased by more than 1 million units. As of November 1, 2019, the number of IPSA was 10.6 million units (10,606,474), and by November 1, 2020, it exceeded 11.7 million (11,732,725). Thus, the growth in one year was 11%.

The largest number of accounts was opened for comulsory pension contributions (CPC) - 10,985,056 (11% growth since the beginning of the year). Next are the accounts formed at the expense of compulsory occupational pension contributions (COPC) - 523 872 (3% growth), the number of voluntary pension contributions (VPC) is growing, there are now 56 953 of them in the UAPF (5% growth).

На счета вкладчиков с начала 2020 года поступили пенсионные взносы в общем объёме 867,05 млрд тенге, что превысило показатели за 10 месяцев 2019 года на 67,1 млрд или 8%. Из общего объёма взносов, 95,5% составляют поступления в ЕНПФ по ОПВ – 827,7 млрд тенге, 38,9 млрд тенге поступило по ОППВ, 409 млн тенге было перечислено по ДПВ.

Since the beginning of 2020, pension contributions in the total amount of KZT 867.05 billion have been received on contributors' accounts, which exceeded the indicators for 10 months of 2019 by KZT 67.1 billion or 8%. Of the total amount of contributions, 95.5% are receipts to the UAPF on CPC – KZT 827.7 billion, KZT 38.9 billion came from COPC, KZT 409 million was transferred on VPC.

Benefit payments amounted to KZT 155.3 billion, most of which, namely 33%, accounted for benefits by age (KZT 51.7 billion), transfers to insurance organizations (KZT 39.5 billion), for leaving for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (KZT 31,1 billion), heirs (KZT 28.2 billion), for burial (KZT 3.5 billion), disability benefits (KZT 1.3 billion).
