As part of the work carried out to build a rational organizational structure of regional divisions, taking into account the current level of automation of business processes, UAPF JSC reorganized the regional network.

The Regional Branch in the city of Zhezkazgan was closed, with the subsequent creation of a Service Center (hereinafter - the CO) in the city of Zhezkazgan and its inclusion in the structure of the Karaganda regional branch.

Service centers previously belonging to Zhezkazgan in the cities of Satpayev and Karazhal are also subordinated to the Karaganda regional branch.

We remind you that at the moment UAPF has 183 service points. In total, in the first half of the year, the Fund's contributors (recipients) received over 1 million services, to be exact, 1,284,489 services, which is 556.4 thousand services (or 76.4%) more than last year.

At the same time, we remind you that most of the services from the UAPF, for example, obtaining an extract from an individual pension saving account, changing details, etc., can be obtained without leaving home, online through the ENPF mobile application and the Personal Account on the corporate website enpf.kz.

In addition, thanks to the joint project of UAPF JSC and Kazpost JSC for the provision of services in remote settlements in the branches of the national postal operator, the contributors (beneficiaries) of the Fund in the subdivisions o "Kazpost can perform the following types of operations:

• submit an application for changing (supplementing) additional details of the contributor (beneficiary) (details of the identity card, phone number, email and postal addresses);

• sign an agreement on changing (determining) the method of informing (including for gaining access to the services of UAPF JSC in electronic format).
