As you know, our country ranks ninth in terms of area in the world, and it is not possible to cover the entire republic with its UAPF service offices. The Internet also does not yet cover the entire territory. To solve the problem of providing access to the Fund's services for residents of remote regions and settlements of Kazakhstan, a project called Mobile Office was launched three years ago. This is a modern minibus, which is equipped with everything necessary to service contributors (beneficiaries), including modern satellite communications.

Note that residents of remote settlements can receive the same services in the "Mobile Office" as in UAPF branches, in particular, receive an extract from an individual pension saving account, submit an application for changing / supplementing the contributor's details, conclude an agreement on the method of informing, submit application for benefit of disability or voluntary pension contributions, etc.

Since 2021, the UAPF has covered remote settlements of the East Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions with mobile offices. In addition, the Mobile Office serves remote settlements in Akmola, Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, Zhambyl, Karaganda, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions.

In total, from January 1 to October 1 of this year, over 85 thousand services were rendered within the framework of the project, to almost 70 thousand contributors and beneficiaries. At the same time, mobile offices visited 762 unique settlements in Kazakhstan.

We remind you that mobile office visits to the districts are carried out according to a pre-planned schedule, and all routes are coordinated with local executive bodies, which, in turn, notify residents about the arrival of the Mobile Office.
