In order to develop transfer and agency services in remote settlements of the country where there is no UAPF presence, as well as to ensure the availability of pension services, the Fund, together with Kazpost JSC, carried out work on additional connection to the UAPF services of 32 divisions of Kazpost JSC.

Thus, today the services of the UAPF can be obtained in 347 divisions of Kazpost JSC.

Let us recall that thanks to the joint project of UAPF JSC and Kazpost JSC, in the divisions of the national postal operator, the Fund's contributors (beneficiaries) can perform the following types of operations:

• submit an application for changing (supplementing) the additional details of the contributor (beneficiary) (details of the identity card, telephone number, email and postal addresses);

• sign an agreement on changing (determining) the method of informing (including for gaining access to the services of UAPF JSC in electronic format).

In the first half of 2021, the Fund's contributors (beneficiaries) in the subdivisions of Kazpost JSC received 35% more services than for the entire period of last year.

At the same time, we notify that most of the UAPF services, for example, obtaining an extract from an individual pension saving account, changing details, etc., can be obtained without leaving home, online through the ENPF mobile application and the Personal Account on the corporate website enpf.kz.
