UAPF JSC regularly holds various events to improve the financial literacy of the population. Since the beginning of 2024, the branches of the Fund have held more than 35.3 thousand road presentations as part of information and explanatory work, which were attended by about 740.3 thousand people. On November 29 and December 6 of this year, the next online webinars were held for employees of the Almaty Regional Bar Association.

During the events, moderated by Deputy Chairperson of the Executive Board of UAPF JSC Saule Yegeubayeva, the Fund's specialists acquainted the participants with the structure of the pension system of Kazakhstan. In particular, the Strategic Development Director Kamilya Fazylova spoke about examples of different types of pension systems in the world, the advantages of the funded system, pension services provided by UAPF to the population, as well as various aspects of the investment activities of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the main manager of the Fund and investment portfolio managers. In turn, Deputy Director of the Benefits and Information Gulmira Kimolayeva acquainted the participants with the types of pension benefits and the algorithm for receiving them for different categories of citizens. During the second online webinar, the Head of the Benefit Payment Methodology of the Benefits and Information G. Agaydarova, the Legal Director N. Baktybayev and the Head of the Pension Activities Legal Support M. Syzdykova spoke in detail about the procedures for providing pension benefit payment services in various situations, about judicial practice in UAPF and the secrecy of pension savings of contributors. After a detailed presentation, the Fund's specialists answered questions from representatives of the Almaty Regional Bar Association.
