The Unified Accumulative Pension Fund has a developed regional network, however, due to the massive territory of Kazakhstan, it is simply impossible to establish UAPF service offices in every remote region or settlement. In this regard, the Mobile Office project has been operating in the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund for the third year already. This is a modern minibus equipped with everything necessary to service contributors (beneficiaries), including modern satellite communications.
Having decided to transfer part of your pension savings to one or several investment portfolio managers (IPM), we recommend that you first familiarize yourself with the list of existing IPM and study their investment declarations on the website enpf.kz in the section "Services" - "Transfer of a part of pension savings into trust management of the IPM".
From January 2021, certain legislative norms came into force that provide citizens with the right to use part of their pension savings not only to improve housing conditions and (or) pay for medical treatment, but also to transfer to asset management companies (Investment Portfolio Managers - IPM) to investment management.
The contributors of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund report that they received information in social networks and messengers of false information about telephone attacks by fraudsters. The latter, posing as employees of the pension fund, are trying to find out the number of their bank card and ask to name its details, allegedly for recalculating the pension. The UAPF found that such spam mailing was carried out in the Russian Federation for several months and has nothing to do with the Kazakhstan accumulative pension system.
UAPF once again informs that it does not carry out such mailings and does not request personal data and your bank card details by phone.
The Fund also recommends not following suspicious links to unfamiliar sites and asks to check the information only on the official website enpf.kz or on the official pages of the UAPF on social networks.
