UAPF cares about each depositor (recipient), seeks to improve the quality of services and create more convenient channels of information. One of the ways to interact with investors became UAPF "Mobile Office" - a project to field service depositors (recipients). The main objective of the project is to support the socially vulnerable segments of the population, the provision of information and advice to people with disabilities, as well as the implementation of effective service of depositors (recipients) on pension services outside the offices UAPF. In other words, those who, for whatever reasons, primarily for health reasons can not personally visit the offices UAPF, Fund experts come themselves.


As part of the "mobile office" in all regions formed UAPF visiting team of specialists. Employees of UAPF appoint convenient for the contributor (recipient), time, location, advice, help people with disabilities to form and deliver to the Fund the necessary documents for inclusion in the database UAPF and services.


Between January and October 2016 Fund employees established contacts with 13,192 recipients who are disabled I, II groups (disabled permanently installed) and eligible for payment, but did not refer to the Fund. 10 788 people from the list have already received payment. In addition, services were provided to change the details of depositors in the contract on pension provision, a change in the method of informing, issuing of duplicate contracts. The total number of operations was 38,374.
