Functions of the Chairman of the Executive Board:

Exercises general management and control over the activities of the Fund on all issues not falling within the exclusive competence of the Sole Shareholder and the Board of Directors of the Fund.

On May 31, 2019, he was elected to the Board of Directors of UAPF JSC as a representative of the executive body (re-elected on July 20, 2020)

Performs the functions of a member of the Board of Directors in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter, the Regulations on the Board of Directors and other internal documents of UAPF JSC.

Member of the HR, Remuneration and Social Issues Committee of the Board of Directors of UAPF JSC.

Saule A. Yegeubayeva

Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Member of the Executive Board of UAPF JSC

Functions of the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board:

• Provides general management, coordination and control of work on the following issues:
• actuarial research in the field of the pension system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and strategic analysis and development of the Fund;
• ensuring, functioning and relevance of the risk management system;
•  analysis of the investment portfolio taking into account risk exposure;
• providing information and explanatory work about the activities of the Fund, the pension system of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the media;
• maintenance and development of the regional network;
• provision of remote consulting services;
• activities of the Fund’s branches;
• interaction with government bodies, organizations and individuals on issues within its competence

Aizhan M. Madiyeva

Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Member of the Executive Board of UAPF JSC

Functions of the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board:

• Provides general management, coordination and control of work on the following issues:
• accounting and reporting of own assets;
• legal support for the activities of the Fund;
• problem assets;
• formation (planning) of the Fund’s budget and control of its execution;
• carrying out financial and economic analysis of the Fund’s activities in terms of planning, execution and control of estimates of income and expenses (budget);
• interaction with government bodies, organizations and individuals on issues within its competence.

Arman T. Mukhatov

Managing Director, Member of the Executive Board of UAPF JSC

Functions of the Managing Director:

• Provides general management, coordination and control of work on the following issues:
• organizing and conducting procurement of goods, works, and services, as well as other acquisitions of goods, works and services carried out without the application of special norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• administrative and economic activities of the Fund;
• maintaining document flow and archives of the Fund;
• providing analysis of the investment portfolio formed from pension and own assets;
• assessing the effectiveness of management of investment portfolios formed at the expense of pension assets;
• interaction with government bodies, organizations and individuals on issues within its competence.

Zhanara K. Tulegenova

Managing Director of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund Joint Stock Company

Carries out general management, coordination and control of work on the following issues:

• operational work on benefits and transfers of pension savings to contributors (beneficiaries), incl. interaction with second-tier banks and other organizations carrying out certain types of banking operations for the payment of pension savings;
• accounting and reporting of pension assets;
• accounting and control of operations on the custodial account;
• ensuring operational work and settlement operations on pension assets on individual pension saving accounts of contributors (beneficiaries);
• control over pension agreements with contributors (beneficiaries) recorded in the Fund's database;
• annual informing of contributors and beneficiaries of the Fund;
• interaction with state bodies, organizations and individuals on issues within her competence.

Nurseit S. Bozzhanov

Managing Director of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund joint stock company

Functions of the Managing Director:

Provides general management, coordination and control of work on the following issues:

• functioning and development of the Fund’s information systems;
• implementation of new information systems;
• selection of optimal technological solutions to maintain the target architecture of information systems;
• ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of the Fund’s information systems;
• development and organization of IT infrastructure;
• interaction with government bodies, organizations and individuals on issues within its competence;
• forming a list of participants in target requirements based on information received from the Individuals State Database.
